Kanika Jain

Meet Kanika Jain, the heart and soul behind Aikam Yoga. Growing up in India, Kanika was immersed in the world of yoga and meditation from a young age, guided by her mother, Yog Guru Indu Jain. This early exposure instilled in her a deep passion for the practice and its profound impact on physical and mental well-being.


Kanika’s journey took her to Cambridge, Ontario, where she pursued her dream of making yoga accessible to all. She completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Atlas Yoga Studio, further enriching her understanding of the Canadian lifestyle and culture. This unique blend of traditional Indian wisdom and modern insight shapes her compassionate and inclusive teaching approach.


Driven by the motto “Live and let live,” Kanika’s mission is to help individuals find peace, balance, and joy through yoga. Her dedication to promoting holistic health and her unwavering commitment to her students make her a beloved and inspiring leader in the Aikam Yoga community. Aikam Yoga's journey began in the heart of India, where our founder, Kanika Jain, grew up immersed in the ancient traditions of yoga, guided by her mother, Yog Guru Indu Jain.
