What to Expect in Our Classes?

Our Postnatal Yoga classes are intentionally slow-paced, deeply nourishing, and designed for all levels—including complete beginners. Whether you've had a vaginal birth or a cesarean, our trained instructors provide personalized support and modifications to meet your unique needs.

When Can I Start Postnatal Yoga?

You can begin postnatal yoga after receiving clearance from your healthcare provider—typically around 6 weeks postpartum (or 8 weeks for cesarean births). However, every journey is different, and we encourage you to listen to your body.
