Before you can effortlessly flow into Crow Pose (Kakasana) or master a Handstand (Adho Mukha Vrksasana), it’s essential to learn the basics of yoga, from asana (postures) to achieving a state of zen. Our beginner-friendly classes are perfect for those who are new to yoga or looking to build a strong foundation. We focus on modifying common poses and using props to help you feel more confident on the mat. Here’s everything you need to know to calm any nerves and focus on your flow.

Intro to Dance

Step into the world of dance with our "Intro to Dance" classes at Aikam Yoga. Whether you’ve always wanted to learn how to dance or are looking to rediscover the joy of movement, our classes provide a welcoming and

While many spiritual traditions incorporate meditation, it doesn’t belong to any one religion or faith. Despite its ancient roots, meditation is still widely practiced across the globe today to foster peace, calm, and inner harmony.

Vinyasa Yoga

Chair Yoga

Experience the gentle yet effective benefits of yoga with our "Chair Yoga" classes at Aikam Yoga. Perfect for those who need a supportive practice, chair yoga allows you to perform yoga poses while seated or using a chair for balance. Once you begin practicing chair yoga, you will start to feel a sense of ease and relaxation flow through your body. Over time, the tension that once overtook your muscles and joints will begin to release, making basic tasks of daily life possible again.

Kids Yoga

Prenatal Yoga

The purpose of Restorative Yoga is to allow the body and mind to heal through relaxation and rest, balance the nervous system, and return the body to homeostasis. During the practice, the heart rate slows down, blood pressure lowers, energies in the body are balanced, and the mind becomes more peaceful.
