Intro to Meditation

Jasmin

Meditation is a timeless technique that helps you become more aware of the present moment. Meditation can help you sharpen focus and attention, connect with your body and breath, accept difficult emotions, and even explore altered states of consciousness. It’s proven to bring many physical and psychological benefits, like reducing stress and boosting immunity. While many spiritual traditions incorporate meditation, it doesn’t belong to any one religion or faith. Despite its ancient roots, meditation is still widely practiced across the globe today to foster peace, calm, and inner harmony.
